CRM's generally all work the same. Unless you are paying for a specialized one for your industry. It's just a matter of learning how to use it and sticking with it.
I have heard good things about Zoho, a few of my clients use it. They have a free plan to start.I've also heard good things about Podio.Hope that helps,
