Hey John, I have worked with quite a few clients who are martial arts school owners. A good list that we would often use is the new move ins. Offer them a "Welcome to the Neighborhood Special". Especially if you have a gym.
Here are some list brokers that can help with other lists. I would target fitness or martial arts buyers.
