Some great advice here. Best advice I can give you is to find one that works with your business and then USE IT. Really use it. I see too many times a business taking forever to pick a CRM and then barely using it.
Many times it is just a matter of you making sure it works for you. There are a lot of great CRM's out there but unless you make it work and stick with it, they are all useless.
It is also important to consider the time involved in switching later on, so it may not be something you want to go cheap on at first and plan on changing later.
