If you're just looking for basic measurements month to month. Facebook's insights, which is free with your page, should do just fine.
Provides quite a bit of data about your page, likes and reach. It's actually more data than a 3rd party app could provide, since Facebook is recording the info directly. It will even tell you the device they used when liking the page.- JR
