[Advice] How do you research a CRM solution before deciding to commit resources to adopt it into your workflow?

Hey guys, just answered a question over on Quora

This question was asked:

"I wondering if there are there trustworthy channels to get advice on the specifics of getting a crm to fit your company, or if it is it all about matching your list of needs to the spec sheets."

I would look for CRM's that have all the features you need. Then search for reviews and see what people think of them.

Many of them will have free trials so that you can test it out. Or they may have the "freemium" model where you get certain features for free so you can test it.

Once you find a good one, stick with it. It can be a real pain to switch a lot.

Hope that helps,

- JR
